Hi Friends,



I want to start a topic for making our HR Link more better. I m inviting all members to give suggestions if you think can make our HR Link updated as compared to other sites.



I will also like you all to follow this thread and ask for implementations if a suggestion is really good.



For this point of time i think (though i will like to add some other suggestions as well any time later)



1. There should be a place where we can check only the names of the posts we made and number of comments - though now it is a detailed post shown without number of comments on the name of the post itself, if we are looking for an specific post we have to search it a lot in our posts only



2.There should be a suggestion forum



3.There should be more number of moderators to check the discussion threads, any member using bad language or personal attacks should be warned immediately



4.There should be library kind of links where HR related material can be stored, as i have seen Mr.Pradeep use to post many useful files for all of us but a new member or if any of the member is not in the sharing list is not getting the profit. Moderator should collect such data or individual person can upload files there directly and share it with friend so that any one can come and get the data, also some good site links should be added to get the commonly used files in HR any time through HR Link just by searching the name as on google.



5.There should be a duplicate detection of the posts if same topic heading to control the duplication.



6.Different searching criteria for the members as on Linked-in to find a person you are looking for more easily.



7.Shared items should not be deleted from the list, sometimes we just see the topic heading shared and keep them to read it later but after sometime we realizes that thread has gone, now we have to search to read.
