Required Skills
At least 2 full life cycle implementation on HRMS module Oracle
HRMS 11.5.10 (Min 6 years relevant)
Oracle Apps tech. (Min 4
Years)
Oracle Apps Functional. (Min 2 years)
PL/SQL (Min 6years)
Ability to interact with the client to gather business
requirements
Experience in preparing AIM methodology documentation
Working Knowledge of Unix and 3-tier application architecture
Discoverer
SSHR
OA
Framework
Work Flow builder
JOB DESCRIPTION
* Good exp in Oracle applications(Technical) with HR
* Excellent knowledge in the functional areas of Oracle Apps HRMS module
* Ability to interact with the client to gather business requirements
* Very strong in pl/sql , experienced in writing interfaces
* Preparation of AIM methodology documentations
* Good experience as a team lead
EXPERIENCE
(A) No. of Years: Should have atleast 6 years of total experience and minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle HRMS.
(B) Desired Experience: Good analyzing capabilities, communication skills and team building skills are required
