Hi Vaishali,

Read your topic and can feel your frustation. Its not that the corporate world takes rich candidates and ignore the poor. Corporate world admits people on the basis of their personality and the faith that an individual can make a difference.

As for the degree thing; with so many education institutions cropping up one needs to be careful. Education is the main criteria hence precautions are taken to enusre that the candidiate hired has a geninue education.
So in other words degree is an important thing.
