Sorry for late reply on “Employee First, Customer Second” concept of Mr. Vineet Nayyar.
As per my view it will be a very good initiative to motivate the employees in an organization. Employees feel more motivated when the management gives first preference to the employees than their customers, which will increase in the employee’s production, Cooperation & Coordination and also in employee retention, etc. But this will really work out when the management follows it practically rather than having it in words/papers. If they don’t follow the same practically it will surely end up in the negative side for the management in employees point of view.
Seniors correct me if I am wrong.
