Hi All,

I am veda new to this group. All these years (12 years) i have handled administration and presently persuing my MBA in HR. (3rd Semester). I need help / suggestions / advice on how to switch carrer from Admin to HR.

Hi Veda .....

You have taken a right step at right ....... its so simple that you can switch into HR in your current company you can as for Department change as those ppl already know that you have all the knowledge required for HR and addaded advantage is that you are about to complete MBA (HR)..

hi

thats a good decission taken by u, as HR and Admin are very close in terms of profile specially HR ops and admin. You can start with HR Ops as here you can help employees with their Leave, attendance, Graviences, making them aware about the Org culture etc.

Thanks coreitta for your advice. I am interested in HR Ops and admin. I am already taking care of the areas mentioned by you but without a HR designation. Definitely will work towards it.
