yes Emma,
unfortunately you see such HRs in bigger and more reputed Companies....where as they should be more cultured and with a better and matured way of addressing....
also you find such attitudes in consulting frims....
all dear consultants... please dont get me wrong....unfortunately its a fact....
can u share your experiences... any suggestions ?!
Dear Neil,
no, i dont think its a cultural thing.... its may be the effect of promotions and sudden growth (specially salary wise!) without enough professional maturity....
this is something to do with one's personal attitudes.... not culture....
but yes,
i agree... it might be in a lesser frequency in abroad....
thnx for sharing... can u suggest anything to make others aware on this?....

unfortunately .. there are no ethics followed.... the bigger the organisation... the lesser the ethics.... i dont know why should it be this way !?... but had personal experience...
do u suggest to have a common and compulsary training on "corporate ethics".... for all levels of hierarchy.... ??

- rude
- cold
- dry
and with an attitude which says:
"hey... I have recruited you... so I am your GOD !!"
any one else has this experience?!
