Hi All,
Please share some format recruitment feedback sores from the line managers.
and feedback from new joinee's on boarding experiences.

I suggest you to make a template:
Employee Name -
DOJ -
Dept -
HR Representative -
Followed by some close ended questions - How ws their fisrt day at office, what were their expectations, Degree of satisfaction of expectations, What helped him a best to adapt himself to new place of working, What does he think who will be more benefitial for a new entrant, How informative was the handbook ( to be produced beforehand) to the new joinee, Let us know if any question is unanswered as yet.
