You are spitiutally right. However, my view was the pragmatic side of the same. Its a known fact that the refinement of thinking comes with age and experience, as mentioned by you. On the similar lines, people are striving their best to become SMART at all edges of life so as to welcome GOOD at all times. It is obvious they expect good; not delight. Throughout their life they provide inputs to their conscious system about worng and right and accordingly, they expect the result out of their actions with predisposition mind. Though at times they repent on their actions but that provides a platform to an individual to learn and create a belief that this beomes right and that is wong.
its a vealid question to be asked for. To me Good is neighbour next to SMART work. However, in today's scenario, Good comes to those who work smartly and diligently . So Good expects SMARTNESS from everyone to get stay with.

Employee's Full & Final is a complete process thats starts with the resignation and with the handing over of the releiving certificate to the concerned.
The Process includes:
Resignation Acceptance from HOD
Intimation of same to all support departments
No Dues Clreance
Handover-takeover Process
Lastly, Exit interview ( to figure out the exact reason for leaving)
Handing over of certificate, once through with above process.
Also, one has to be informed about PF transfer / withdrawal accordingly.
FnF is an statement indicating the payable and deduction part for the last month. Payments like leave encashment, Anyother deduction pertaining to tax etc will be a part of the same.

Followed by some close ended questions - How ws their fisrt day at office, what were their expectations, Degree of satisfaction of expectations, What helped him a best to adapt himself to new place of working, What does he think who will be more benefitial for a new entrant, How informative was the handbook ( to be produced beforehand) to the new joinee, Let us know if any question is unanswered as yet.

Both Gratuity and PF are social security measures for an employee. Gratuity is payable to employee on having completed 5 years of continuous service with in a company. PF is contributory fund, wherein both employee and employee contributes on monthly basis @ 12% of the basic component.
