CUSTOMER SALES EXECUTIVES



Candidate must possess excellent communication and convincing skills with 6 months-2 years of experience in any International outbound sales campaign( US/UK/Aus/Canada). Incumbent should be willing to work in rotational shift with high energy levels and customer service attitude. Incumbent must be target oriented. Non-voice/inbound sales/chat and tech support experience is not considered.



Aspirant must be a graduate. They should not be part of any short term/long term/regular/correspondence courses.



Females can also apply. We provide day-shift to females.

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVES



Aspirant must possess 1-2 years of International Business Development Expereince. Candidate should have proven ability in bringing new projects or processes for BPO/IT/Call Center. Incumbent must be good at accent and telephone etiquttes . Any graduate with excellent communication skill and negotiation skills with high energy levels can apply. Candidate must be willing to work in rotational shift.



Domestic business development experience will not be considered.



MBA Marketing people are preferred. Candidate should not be part of any short term/long term/regular/correspondence courses.Excellent pay will be offered for the right candidate.



NETWORK ADMINISTRATOR



Ideal candidate must bag 1.5 years-2.5 years in Network Administration in a BPO/Call Center/Software company. He must be good at communication with excellent networking knowledge on Windows and Linux. He should posses good knowledge about system administration also. Incumbent must be flexible and committed. Aspirant must have worked on EPBX.



If candidate is not having EPBX experience and Linux knowledge, they are not eligible for this position.



Aspirant must possess experience on Linux( Redhat, Fedora), Windows, System Assembling , Hardware up gradations, Hardware trouble shooting like SNPS , RAM , Hard Disk , Mother Board, Software installation and trouble shooting, Networking , Server OS Installation , User and Group Administration , Monitoring , Group and System Policy , Access Control Lists / Permissions , Disk Management , Backup and Recovery , Print Server Management.



Candidate must be a graduate with a certification in any Hardware course. CISCO Certification is preferable.
