Hello.. Everybody..
Recently in joined as a Executive-HR.
Could you please guide me how to calculate ESI & PF to the employees.

Dear Lakshmi,
Following is the Calculation of PF & ESI.
1. Basic/12%=PF
5200*12/100=624
2. Gross Earnings/1.75%=Employee Share
11143*1.75/100=195
Gross Earnings/4.75=Employer Share
11143*4.75/100=529
