Hi all,

Can u guide me what are the gifts that we can give as part of Employee Referral programme.Benefit ranging from Rs.3000 to Rs.10000.

Pls share your views and ideas on the same.

Hi Surendra

As you have mentioned that a gift ranging from Rs 3000/ to Rs 10000/ , various gifts like Mobile handset, a watch, gold ring, blazer, dress material, gift coupon for shopping etc may be given. Any one of the gifts may be decided by lottery in the presence of all other employees of the department/ workplace which will very very interesting and motivating for the employee who has reffered and all other employees who are present during lottery.

Hi,
I really appreciate this effort of appreciating employees.But I strongly believe that if you have this much of budget, you should go for cash.We have implemented this and it has a very positive impact.We have defined slab of referral amount acc.to the grades.So the employee referring gets cash amount.

I think cash is good option...or else give small gold coins..Gold can be a long term gift for the employees...day by day the prices of gold is increasing so they can keep with themselves as investment or they can sell it also.
