Hey Pradeep,
Can you please tell me how this scheme works out and hw cn we design such a scheme for optimum utilization during these times of recession...you are so experienced and you might have seen so many organizations where this scheme is being implemented...why can't you share such experiences which gives lot of scope for young and less experienced professionals like me to learn about such practices........pls help me.
