Hey Guys,
i need to make a policy and a format to declare the Employee of the month in my factory.Could anybody suggest me a procedure,or anybody is having a policy already framed.
Please help me its urgent

Recognizing and rewarding the best performers are very important part of employee motivation and this must be handled with care, the RnR should be methodical, purely target / task based and the criteria must be made clear to every applicable employee in advance, else it may loose the interest of some!
