Hi Friends...
So many HR/ Recruitment professionals may face a problem of receiving Resumes/ CVs in ".PDF" format. Normally it would not be editable for a normal person with limited computer knowledge.
It is very much necessary to front-end recruiters to add comments or logos in the CV while forwarding for actual screening. You can suggest some use full online file converting websites to overcome this problem, by converting PDF files to MS Word (.doc) format.
I have seen a website http://www.pdfonline.com/pdf2word/index.asp which is helpful for this. But there is some problem like, changing alignment and formats etc.
I think this will be helpful for front-end recruiters, if you are able to suggest some useful links.
