Hi Padmaja,

If the salary you are getting is what you had been offered before joining then I suppose there are only circumstances to blame on as you had to take the decision to join with such package.

If the financial terms as not so bad then I'd say treat this as an opportunity to learn about new industry. Spend a good learning time there keeping aside the thoughts of finances.

Most of us go thru such situations in our career and we need to be patient and have to believe in our decisions be it even taken forcefully or under pressure.

I suggest you spend sometime there with a positive state of mind and seek for better opportunity outside as well.

This website never seemed unprofessional to me, probably because I do not refer to every other posts. However, members' observations and feedback are the best inputs so as to improve this professional forum. Such decisions would certainly improve the QUALITY of posts for sure.

Few suggestions for the admin:

1. This particular post MUST be flashed on the home page of the website.

2. If possible, kindly try an inbuilt "spell check" while composing or replying a
post. Spelling mistakes seem unprofessional but may take place while
posting or replying in hurry and not double checking it.

Most of us are here for learning and improving different skills.

Tell them what is right not only for this website but professionally as well.
It's easy to report and de-activate a member but might hurt the one whose intentions are good but knowledge is less.

I hope the Admin will take this positively.

and as I always say: "Work together to work things out." :)
