“DO NOT CRY THAT IT IS HAPPENED, BUT SMILE THAT IT’S OVER”



How could this happen to me? Why always me? Why has it happened? What do I do now? etc etc………..are the questions we always pose for our selves whenever in trouble or tension. But do we actually think that why shall we always pose all these questions? Is it mandatory that we pose these questions to ourselves and then crib about finding solutions?



Well, I guess all these could also be answered by only one person in the entire universe. And that’s non other than YOU.



Have you ever thought of changing with your thinking towards a different way? If you have already done this than you must share it with others. But if you have not done it yet let’s start from now onwards. Story main twist!!!!!!!!!!!



Step 1:



Just give a thought about what was or is the actual problem. Work on its all possible consequences to remember it when you are very calm and quiet. Think about it again and again. When I say ‘think’ it does not mean think about the bad memories you would have along with that problem.



Step 2:



Think about what would have happened if this particular problem would not have crippled in. It might be a positive or a negative response. If it’s a good one then keep it as a next opportunity for you to start of with. Have a plan for this in the mind.

If it’s a negative one then take a sigh of relief that you are protected from the situation much worst than this.



Step 3:



Now list all that positive responses in one side and the negative ones in the other. Match the intensity of both the responses. If the positives are more then you need to motivate yourself to forget what went wrong and move on. If negatives are more then you are self motivated towards life and would say “thank god am saved from the worst”



This is only the general method that I have spoken to which I follow in my life. Do not regret for wht is happened because always remember whatever has to happen, it would definilty happen no matter what comes in its way. But we can always be confident to face it as any other day. Do not spoil your present by coming in influence with the past and then make insecure your future. Life is too short. Live it to the core .Do not waste a single second in shedding tears for the people, for the moments and for the problems who do not desever them.

Hello Madam,

Nice phillosophy. Ofcourse it might be thaught of the day to think.

I think it might be possible great personolities like U to follow. But almost 90% of human beings will think and struggle for things happened earlier and the consequence thereof.

Well thanks Suneel.But i guess there are no such things called impossible in life.if oen has the determination to do it then its really possible.
