Hi pradeep,
I feel there is a fundamental difference between recruitment and selection. Recruitment stops with receipt of application.Selection process consists of all the steps mentioned in your attachment.

Dear Mr. Pradeep,

I have seen all of your posting and quiet interested in it. Since i am new into HR industry, i would like to get some clarification from you regarding the HR process.

I am at present working for a IT concern and handling everything by myself the recruitment process and also admin related. Would like to know what are the recruitment process. How to get in candidates for the interview other than the ads through naukri.com which are the other best web site where i can post the ads and other procedures.
