Hi All,



I am sure many of you will have your own way of taking HR interviews which can be organisation driven or knowledge driven or both.



Some of you may follow structured interviewing . Others may be expert in behavioral interviewing. Let us discuss the ways of interviewing people.



May be everyone can share and benefit from the knowledge sharing .
