After gaining 5 to 6 years experience in recruitment, it becomes very difficult when one is looking out for a change or wish to explore new opportunities. Even if we get any opportunity, its seen that most of the times we have to compromise on salary part i.e the companies either offer same CTC or hardly offer 5-10% hike.



Even there is hardly any option available to shift into Generalist profile as recruitment experience is not considered while applying for HR generalist or Core HR Openings.
