Dear Sir,

I would like to urge very modest request to the Website owner that please avoide non HR content on an account of Advertisement like one is being displayed nowadays : kashmira ka chumban like.



Plz maintain decoram of the website and HR community as well.



I do hope that your goodself will take this urge very seriously.
