Hi, Everyone
I joined a manufacturing industry they started hr department,i joined as a Hr.
Can anybody help where to start and what attendance i have to maintain for workers and for other staff.

You have to maintain IN & OUT time of workers and Staff.........
from in and out time.you can calculate working hours and overtime......
As per Act.......working Hrs for worker and staff is 8.30Hrs in a day.and after that overtime calculate
For E.g
A employee work in a day 10 hrs then 10 hrs-8.30 hrs= 1 and 1/2 hrs is overtime
