Can you suggest me the pure Administrative duties and responsibilties?
Dear Mr. Suthan!
I dont think so that the duties and reponsibilities of an Administrative person are definable one that to pure(?) As the term administration itself has a wider scope to act our self. All the jobs or responsibilities which can be done and managed by the administrative person are more than the regular department people.
The responsibilities starts from House keeping to Office Administration and arrangement of transportation to Releaving the emp.
We can be list out some of the activities of administrative person are :
1) Starts with monitoring of Housekeeping and Sanitation
2) Employee Attendance and Timekeeping (If no seperate HRD)
3) Employee Transportation
4) Guest House and Accomidation
5) Refreshments
6) Employee Welfare (If No seperate HRD)
7) Office Administration
8) Stationary Requirements
9) Planning
10) Organising specilised events/festivals/programmes
11) Liasioning
12) Administrative directing to management
13) Functional support to management
and so on .................. our friends may come out with some more activities of Administration.
Regards,
Suneel G
