Have gone through ur article it clearlysays that HR should have personal touch with the employees not like machines, doing CrtlC &C trl v kindof work.

I am very much thankful to you because every day i am knowing about new things related HR stream

I required information regarding any PHD programs or diploms related to HR through distance mode because i am moving to UK within one month so i want to utilize my time after being there so for improving qualification and more knowledge in HR career
