Hey Priyanka,good to know that you are so concerned about your friend.
Coming to the point - if he has to accept the job offer which he has bagged as a dream come true is something very positive sign of his achievement.I do accept the fact that lady luck knocks the door once in a while,but ask your friend that he would get still better opportunity further.Global market is picking up slowly and he il get a best job. let him start getting to know the IT recruitment process as well,he should be very perfect into the software technologies and may be by post Christmas or so he can start psoting his resume for a IT consultant.
Dont bind yourself to any organisation by submitting your documents and signing a bond for such a long period.This is what I suggest and pls do ask few of your friends regarding their decision and take the best suggestion.
