Even i have started my career with Recruitment it is not that easy to speak with the people tell them about what the role and responsibility also about the growth in his career. Recruitment is just like taking the before we get married to some the person we start asking them there family background etc it is the same. It is not that easy as people thing .Very field as got it's own important
