I agree to your point, one should treat employees in a way they like to be treated..

If every employee is treated equally and they get want they want. I am sure there wouldn't be attrition across organizations.

However, if in situations where employees are not able to continue with their work and leave the organization on a positive note.

Does it make sense to re-hire them instead of new employee looking at the cost of training new hires?
