in reference to your doubt, if there is a possibility of paying one month notice period amount to the old company , then ask vishal to pay and get releived immediately else ask him to request the new company for one months time.

as the reliving letter and experience letters are mandatory for record purpose even for vishal in future.

coming back to the market revival, we cannot expect the market to bounce back soon. it may atleast take 6 - 8 months more for the market to go up.

so ask your friend to accept the offer try to get relieved from the old job as soon as possible.
