Hello Dear all Friends

I have seen you all have given good suggestion for Employee Engagement Activities.

I want to put a light about the same topic "Why Employee Engagement Activities" Required in the organization this is just because of to motivate the employees, making his work place working environment friendly and also long term association with organization (Means Retention) .

As you all have given some suggestion for some activity which attach employee with organization but when employee working with organization one more support is working with employee who help employee to concentrate on his working and make him to perform better in his work place and that support is nobody else its "Employee Family Support".

So as per me we have to Involve Employee family also in any celebration in the organization which is related to employee. which help more to employee work with organization for long term.
Also we can add Employee Children Birthday Celebration, Yearly Award for Employee Children Good Performing in the school & College examination, Etc.

Dear all friends their are some many activity is their for Employee Engagement Activities but its also depend the organization size and Management view for the same.
