How to retain employees if their is no production and late salary pay for 3 - 4 month????

Its a very tough and critical situation for any company. Well its mostly very difficult to keep employees stick to your company in that period of time 3-4 months is quite a long time. Well constant talking and positive vibes in their mind only can manage their retention for some time. If some improvement is visible your faithful employees will surely stuck to you but if for long time no improvement is seen by them then its a very tough situation for them to be with your firm anymore.

Then, only strong social and emotional bonding of leader with employees can keep the employees happy and engaged.
