How to retain employees if their is no production and late salary pay for 3 - 4 month????
Its a very tough and critical situation for any company. Well its mostly very difficult to keep employees stick to your company in that period of time 3-4 months is quite a long time. Well constant talking and positive vibes in their mind only can manage their retention for some time. If some improvement is visible your faithful employees will surely stuck to you but if for long time no improvement is seen by them then its a very tough situation for them to be with your firm anymore.
It’s very difficult to retain employees stick to your company at that time 3-4 months is quite a long time. Only employees who are more faithful and have a strong bonding with you can stay with you no matter what. But it’s really a hard situation for them also to stay with your company as for the money is concerned.
