Its a very tough and critical situation for any company. Well its mostly very difficult to keep employees stick to your company in that period of time 3-4 months is quite a long time. Well constant talking and positive vibes in their mind only can manage their retention for some time. If some improvement is visible your faithful employees will surely stuck to you but if for long time no improvement is seen by them then its a very tough situation for them to be with your firm anymore.

Then, only strong social and emotional bonding of leader with employees can keep the employees happy and engaged.

It’s very difficult to retain employees stick to your company at that time 3-4 months is quite a long time. Only employees who are more faithful and have a strong bonding with you can stay with you no matter what. But it’s really a hard situation for them also to stay with your company as for the money is concerned.

It is very long period of time that the company wouldn't pay to the employees. It is hard to retain employees but in some cases these below tips may work:
1.Create an environment that makes your employees feel like an asset to your company
2.Make expectations and goals of the company clear.
3.Create an open and honest work environment
