My view from a HR professional as well as a husband of a working woman:

1. Flexible Timing
2. Work from home options (1 or 2 days in a week on a fixed basis)
3. Flexibility to take concalls at home if the calls are during odd hours
4. Creche and Play School
5. Transport facility
6. Safe and a friendly working place
7. Managers with "No Male Chauvinist" attitude
8. A lady doctor to attend to the medical needs.
9. If there are dorms for employees to take rest...preferably have a separate one for the female employees.
10. Provide for female specific supplies which comes in handy in times of need.

these are things which will certainly help your female employees in a gud way...

These so called virtues have become out dated in this modern & 'who cares' attitude filled world.
