Hi Shipra,
I have been out of touch with the HrLink for the past few days.
I always felt this site was launched in the first place to allow us to be a community, share information. It was meant for real professionals, to help youngsters to grow and learn things. After reading your replies to a senior member I’m feeling that people in here still need to be taught some basic ethics and mostly RESPECT for the seniors because it seems it is lacking sometimes.
When we say seniors we mean it; we mean people with experience, knowledge and we are glad they are willing to teach us, give us examples of professionalism and guide us. There is no reason for you to overreact on the comments made by people. We are in a learning process so I’m sure you are too.
Learn to graciously receive some suggestions from improvement, learn to listen and not comment every word.
Seniors suggest and guide us about the things we should do or shouldn’t do. All these lessons will make all of us better people, so rather them calling childish or mature and making fun, you should act like a professional I’m sure you are.
You are accusing seniors for personal dialogues in your topic who are not related to it. You did the same thing yourself in your reply to Sudarshan, trying to teach him to “mature” and how to behave, what to write. Please start seeing your own mistakes first and then accusing others. When you asked people to delete their replies you should have started by deleting that reply of yours, who had nothing in common with the name of the topic.
Please do respect the seniors as they had been guiding us and helping this site from the very beginning, helping making it as it is today, where we all love being. This is not a paid site, but if this would have been I am sure we would never have this kind of conversation in here.

Hi Claudia,
i 100% Agree with you Claudia. we are never ashamed of being a HR link member but we do proudly say that there is forum which makes us learn Every day a new thing even there are few posts and comments which are very disturbing because of some unprofessional people who dont care about ethics and professional that was one the reason for me to be away fro the hR link but commenting on a person like RK is intolerable n there is no question about RK ways in the HR forum. i feel he is though professional i have interacted in my whole 11 years of professional experience. so requesting the people who feels making a personal comment on person like Harish, RK are not worthy to reply. this is wat i feel. best way is to ignore them to the core.
Regards
