Shipra - I might have attended about 50 interviews till now. But, I have observed that HR people are very poor and bad in giving feedback, esp. negative feedback. For most of them "Silence" is the best response. I can't understand why they can't communicate bad news (i.e. rejection of the candidate) leave alone sharing feedback on why the candidate got rejected? I think all HR people in India require training on communicating negative news!

When you get something free, you seldom understand its value! We realize the true value of something only when we lose it.
