Well said Rohit... We normally do come up with similar situations as narrated by you... Whenever you feel that your morale is down or u think this is the end, or if multiple problems troubles u at 1 point of time just jot all problems on a piece of paper and keep it with u... 4 to 5 years down the line wen you go through that piece of paper with n number of problems which u thought would bother u for your entire life, u would have realize that those problems hardly had any impact on u...

Its all about your attitude and self confidence which would differentiate u from being successful or not.....

If you ask me well HR has got nothing to do with you being Male or Female. If you take into consideration recruitments, well female recruiters do have an upper hand. In case of other HR related activities such as comp and benefit, compliance, training, employee engagement etc, males do have an equal edge. At the end of all what determines the success in this field is the ability to empathize on problems of your employees and the come up with constructive and timely solutions.

After all mates we can proudly say that this is one of those professions where you can earn as well as change the lives of your employees.
