when one of the renowned IT companies wanted to terminate their employees they used to put the employees relieving letter in an pink envolope with one months salary on the desk of the employee. He was also not allowed to use company logins. These "Pink Envolopes " were later called as pink slips.

definately you should leave but take care of the following:-

1) What is excatly happening in the company, try to find out why didnt u get your salary, definately you should be having some idea.
2) Have there been pink slips given to employees?
3) have there been mergers, acquisitions, losses to the company.
4) Are there any chances of you getting your two months salary.
5) company cannot ask you to leave without giving you one month's salary its a legal thing.
