The company is not big,it is a SME in FMCG,Bevarge,and food industry.
I really want to work in HR.
but at the same time according to scenario they are paying decent amount and profile is also decent.
the only thing I am confused about is taht would I be able to switch Easily in Core HR in near Future Becoz I see myself As an HR professional in fe same future and at the same time after wrking fr say around one year would i still be considering as a fresher in the field of HR?
As of now I have 15 months experince as Corporate Training Executive In NIIT,But no one counts it in HR so......

we can do cost cutting in T&D ,as training is a continuous process of improvements so it should not be stopped but Yes surely some cost cutting can be done on this.we can do cost cutting in T&D by conducting in house training programs rather than going for external training programs.
We can involve faculty from our own organization for training,venue can also be within the organization.....

I would also like to comment on job search......I am searching for a job in HR from last 3 months......but the scenario is First of all Rarely I come across jobs of my choice and if at all i liked any and applied, company has never replied me.....

waiting for the day when I would get a call from a company of my choice...................................
