I have just started going thru HR Networking & seems quite interesting. Well my name is "Kajal" which is applied in eyes to enhance its beauty so the meaning goes as "the one in your eyes".

Also, to add to the discussion, I dont agree by the "rose" phrase. (Sounds good to hear thou) Am very particular [and fond too :-)] about my name & have been associated with it since birth... hence would never want to be addressed by any other name. For me... Its like having a total personality change by just changing the name.
