Bravo Arun.
This shows how inhuman we brainy humans have become in comparison to these spastic kids. Hats off to those kids and to you for bringing in such a story.

Hi Vikram,
What Sri Manjari has written is the best way to tackle this issue. Try these methods. But be careful when implementing. You should not offend the person in public while doing so. A 1on1 meet will be suffice.

Hi Priya,
What a realistic subject. But to be frank all the high performers, although know about their ego, do little to get out of it. May God bless them..........Keep on posting these nice topics.

Hi Pradeep,
Nice puzzles. Keep posting. These small things will keep our mind working.

Hi Pradeep,
Nice topic to be discussed. By the way we are already implementing this method. Although not in the cap method way. We are just working on the same way, what you have mentioned. Keep it up. These are although very small things but at times we tend to forget when going for a meeting. As you have mentioned correctly, We first try to measure the person who is talking instead of listening to him and his subject. Good Job.....

Hi Gopala,
The topic is good. What you have narrated is very much true in todays corporate environment. But the thing is that the rotation the donkey is looking for shouldnot have happened had the washerman been a little proactive in teaching the dog its responsibility. It should have been an eye opener for the Washerman. He should have reasoned out why didnot the dog bark.
Thanks and regards,
Kailash

Hi Sandeep,
Its true to the core of it. Every employer wants low cost employees at the cost of quality. They are not bothered how the work is impacted. What they mean is at the end of the financial year how much they can take home. Its ok to be gridy when you have invested a lot in the project but one should be reasonable as well when it comes to giving back to the consumer, who spends his/her money to buy a quality product. Hence quality should never be compromised. Hence when it comes for hiring the candidates or cost cutting, the HR Manager should act with a clear mind.
Its the moral responsibility of the HR Manager to guide the board about the repurcusions of taking a lowly paid employee to cut cost. The has only one agenda in their hand i.e. how to increase the profitability of the company, but the HR Manager has to implement with a clear vision and proactively instead of crying on the spilled milk.
