My goals
I would like to become a shout after HR specialist by my work and self discipline. I would like to make good use of the available human resources in our country. People are simply put to work for the jobs that they are either not interested in or doesnot hold the specific qualifications. But since the organisations have to fill the vacancies and please their bosses, they ought to do it. Unmindful of the consequences that may follow. Hence it is very much important to understand the requirements of organisation and the position created for. Also it is verymuch important to put a suitable person in that position. I would like to play that vital role of selecting that right person for the right position. I would like to change that maxim "Managers are made by mistake".
