This is the thing that everyone is the most concerned about. Providing the most appropriate answer to the questions of boss and the co-workers about you leaving the job is indeed quite difficult. Thus it is very important that you handle such situation with care and see to it that you do not spoil your relationship with any of them, as they would be the one who would be saying some good words about you if you provide a reference for your previous job.
You should have a brief idea about the plan that you are being offered, as you might be duped by paying you a much lesser amount than you were due off. So, it is always advisable to carry out a research about the plans or have a look at the others who have already passed through these. Also, consult someone who is aware about the process involved and ask him to calculate the approximate amount that you are due.
