Hi All,
What I feel is problems at our home are problems for us but spice for outsiders. We should try to solve our problems but refrain from discussing it with outsiders. We all are aware of our own problems and doesn't really require any outsider to show it in an exxagerated way.
Work of art is to show beauty or truth on subjects which touches an artistes' heart and not really for money making motive. In my view, art focussed on money making is no more an art. In such case, one should be sensitive on what is it portraying, not only for a country's good but for humanity in all. In today's time of extreme stress and negativity, all should try to portray positives of any society and not the other way round.
Regards
Gurpreet

Hey Pradeep,
Really a nice topic. I actually observe these days kids have lost their innocence. They have lost taht spark in eyes with a sight of toffee. Rathar nothing less that play station makes them happy these days. Are we not making our kids more materialistic just for our own false aspirations and then complain of lack of emotions in our children in later years and increasing nuclear family trends?

Hi Pradeep,
Nice way to define a leader. My views on a true leader... I am reading 'Wings of Fire' these days and i have come across these 2 amazing leaders: Prof Sarabhai & his subordinate (a leader as well) Dr APJ Kalam.
Prof Sarabhai had lead his team by trusting them & believing in their dreams. He had a vision to foresee the unseen. His enthusiasm would make his team highly vibrant & confident. He would fight for the Right and let his team lead when he would just overview the entire task. His team had that much faith in him that they would make possible the impossible. He would see error as an opportunity for innovation & improvement.
Dr Kalam - as much as i have read about him, he is a true visionary. Down to earth, empathetic and believer.
There are many more such amazing leaders but i could relate to these 2 instantly as I am reading about them these days.
I feel true leaders are much above the accomplishment of targets set by the management and aiming at highest annual bonus for themselves & their teams. ;-)
True leaders take their teams along throughout the way and makes the destination a memorable journey. :-)
