for Gratutiy exemption is Rs. 10 lakhs its effect from 10/05/2010 notification

for ESIC employer contrubution is 4.75% and employee contrubution is 1.75% if employer gross is 15000 and less (earlier 10000) wef 01/05/2010

for Gratutiy formula is Basic*15/26*no of years service complited.
