Good Morning. Thanks for the reply & Interest in a Common Association. There are few association active in this space. Like National HRD network, ERA, NIPM etc.

These are catering to interests of few people or a Group of firms.

What I am thinking is a National level one with Govt approval and it should be Mandatory for the recruitment firms to take membership in that organization.

Then we can address the issues and fight with the government to recognize the recruitment business and give it a Industry status so that we can get recognition and Loans like another Industry

Note: Even Film industry is given a Industry status recently, Why cant Recruitment Business which is contributing heavily to the Government. (Like Service tax and foreign currency remittances).

These are the few thoughts. Lot many should come. In this regards I am asking all the members to contribute the ideas and make it a success.
