Hello Sanjay

I donot fully agree to your view point. I can give you examples of successful entrepreneurs who have performed far beyond anyones immagination without proper graduation forget MBA _ Bill Gates, Dhirubhai Ambani, Warren Buffet, Laxmi Mittal....etc. Even though these gentlemens are not HR professional the point which I am trying to drive is that just an additional post graduation certificate does not make someone all of a sudden well qualified in field of HR.

HR is more a practical subject then theoretical. It all depends on how matured a person is in his understanding of his organization business and needs and requirement of its employees. How as a team he is able to motivate and mould them into winning culture.

MBA has just been added as an extra filter in the name of recruiting HR professional out of an ocean of people striving to join this field.

I donot feel that MBA is mandatory for HR professionals it is just an added advantage.

Regards,
Deepak
