What use is this diet plan? What about the niutrients which we gain out of pulses? They dont figure here anywhere? Also this would at the end of the plan make an individual eat more of the choice food which he would have eaten for sometime and end up gaining more caloris than he would have lost!

Sorry...this doesnt work...consistent amount of exercise is the key to wieght loss...! Wat say?

Hi...I believe if 'recruitment' as a profession is taken up after doing your MBA in HR, there is no question of being abased about it coz it definitely is in the same domain but I strongly feel that the if people say that 'any tom, dick or harry can do recruitment', then it is all because of the consulting firms or small companies and BPO's who are ready to hire graduates who are fresh out of colleges to undertake the recruitment function coz it requires less of training required to be given to the incumbent to understand how recruitment functions.
