Nice points said here Pradeeep... Infact yes a lot of times we do get annoyed with the way the CV's are prepared.... and sometimes its really funny.

Personally I would never prefer any personal information on CV (unless you are a fresher) like DOB, Gender, Marital Status, Nationality, Religion, Parents name etc., unless otherwise asked for or required to mention such details.

I remember in such extra personal details a person holding 5 years of experience.... for gender he mentions sex:male. Its funny to see that a person that too in sales background does not understand such a simple point.
