Well, this has been a favorable topic for me quite some time. The culture of the organization spreads only through indicative behaviors demonstrated by people of that organization. It is sad to see high performance organizations with poorly or ill mannered staff. The rudeness prevails to handling anyone - be it a subordinate or vendor or any other third party. I feel the views of all parties involved with the organization should be considered to declare them as one among the good places to work.
