We all know that outsourcing is a major advantage an organization can ever have. outsourcing of the support fuction to concentrate on the core business is what every companies think of.
my question is if almost all the functions of an HR department can be outsourced why does the companies still have an HR department???????.......how productive can they be????
organisations are outsourcing the functions of hr since they are cost effective for them to operate so to reduce the costs they were choosing the outsourcing as a option. The hr department is necessary in an organisation since it tackles the internal affairs of the organisation which cannot be outsourced and for the welfare of the employer and employee there is the necessity of an hr department.
