what motivates you in professional and personal life..

if you were a manager how would you ensure to keep your team motivated

According to me....if I do the work that i enjoy....that is of my interest...and get the recognition for it motivates me a lot...
and in organizational context the work having other profits also motivates...

According to me, job itself is a motivator. You should have a passion for the work you do and in such a case you dont need any external motivators.

According to me – I think for me the main factor is my interest / passion for the work I am doing. And reorganization for my work, motivates me.

My point of view is that everybody is looking for appreciation and recognition in office as well as in home.he/she can itself get motivated if sombody praise him/her.Salary will attract the person upto some extent and after that self respect will work.
