Hi, I am Pavan Kumar Jalluri, a Fresh M.B.A Graduate from Hyderabad. I am looking for a job in H.R. Recently i heard that people who have fair knowledge in CRT will have a better opportunities to get a job in H.R. So can any one tell me what is CRT and its importance in H.R department.
