Basic responsibilties for HR Executive who is fresher in this profession. first he/she need understand the compnay environment completely e.g work culture and its areas of operation, try to understand all the employees job profile and their area of interest. Then slowly make a plan of action on daily basis, do the HR audit and do survey in the office. Try to take the help of your seniors.
